Development is currently underway on the CB 500 race-shift rear-sets, in-line with the new rule changes for 2012 Thundersport 500 class with Thundersport GB.
Although certain items are listed here, any size footpeg, wheel spacers or rearsets can be made, or any other small engineering tasks can be undertaken. Users of RV Racing equipment can benefit from ordering any part of the selection of spares currently produced, no matter how small. Please contact Rob on the e-mail address below. Items listed below are for the Honda CB 500, racing spec.
CRASH BUNGS made to order. £40, new and stronger design from pictured above. Made from lightweight aluminium and black nylon. Uses front engine mounting as fixing point. New length engine fixing kit supplied with nuts and washers. Currently on the RV racing #69 CB 500.
Rearsets made to order . £60 per set. Can be made for both drum and disc bikes. Raiser Plates made to order. £20 per set raises the height of the standard footrests by 50mm. New footpegs are now avaliable with a grippy surface and crash-bung style end.
Wheel Spacers made to order. £40 per full set to fit CB 500, replaces speedo drive and all front and rear spacers. (for track / race bikes)
Lock stops made to order. £5 made from PTFE nylon, only for race / track bikes. Footpegs made to order. £15 per set to fit CB 500, 22ml diameter, 3.5 inch.8ml studding bolts through rearsets/raisor plates. Sizes and dimensions can be adjusted to suit. EXTRAS Any one-off bracket to your own design, made from aluminium.
